I suspect that they've finally noticed the feedback and are attempting to improve the in-office attitudes. I hope they're attempting to stay on schedule, as that's been awful in the past. And yet... phone "customer service" has a 157-minute wait time with a call center to change an appointment, and that's completely unacceptable. Yes, 157 minutes to a call center. The doctors and nurses are nice, but the communication, record-keeping, billing, and overall professionalism are horrible. This is not a snap judgement. I have been suffering through this company for the past four years and every interaction has been characterized by lost records, dropped communications, and ineptitude. I'll come for labs during stated business hours (at my doctor's request, no less) and be informed that the lab techs 'went home early'. I'll have tests done but not properly recorded in my files. If I could give this place no stars, I would. My mother had a stent placed in hospital and was told that she needed to have it removed 2 weeks later. Scheduling anything with this place was a nightmare. No one communicated anything from the front desk to the people we interacted with when we got there. We had told them several times about my mom's condition and what she could and could not do due to a stroke. We had to constantly explain her condition every visit. They have no regard or respect for peoples time and schedules. They cancel every appointment. And all they say is I don’t know the doctor is not here and they canceled your appointment or your surgery!!! Why can’t they get ahold of you before canceling or changing your appointment??? Not just once ALLL THE TIME!!! They call you out if patients are late !!! They fail to respect the patients by by being so disrespectful. People have lives to amd work!!!
