My experience with Dr. Cox and Urological Associates of Savannah was 5-star. Appointments were on time and the office staff was friendly and pleasant; Dr Cox was personable and professional (and he has a good sense of humor). He took the time to explain my procedure, answer questions, and recommend ways for everything to go smoothly. The “day of” procedure could not have gone better. I highly recommend this practice, and am grateful to have been referred here.
This is the absolute horrible place to try and get an appointment. I have been trying for a week to make an appointment to no avail. I have left messages and no call back and you can't tell me that a week is not long enough to get back with someone. I have left multiple messages with multiple receptionist and nurses. NO EXCUSE!!!!!!
Poor patient services. My husband went there a month ago. They told him he needed a procedure but they never scheduled it. He can’t get anyone on the phone to help him. He has left several messages.
