my review is not a good one as I was put in a position to go to the emergency room because of incompetence of a attendant removing a Catheter prior to surgery in grand junction that left me with the inability to empty my bladder to the point of having to go the emergency a second time the attenedent was not a MD or was she instructed to remove the catheter so I was left with the inability to empty and hence another visit to the emergency room. A untrained CNA put a catheter in me there. She was not using sanitary methods. I have bled continually for a week and all they can say is we are sorry. The CNA should not have been allowed to treate as a cadaver. No clue how to do a male catheter
Had a 15 minute office visit. Payed in full the day of the visit. $388.00. On 8/21/22 they billed me more for the visit. $142.00. They now said the visit 15 minute visit was $530.00 not $388.0 for a 15 minute visit. I called on 8/31/22. Asked why they are charging me more money after I all ready payed the bill. She had no idea but said I needed to pay it. She then talked to someone else and came back to the phone and said "your balance is zero". I said " zero balance". She said "yes".
