I called to schedule a shot for 12:45 pm, 3/18/24. I arrived at 12:40. After waiting 30 minutes I asked the front desk what is "normal" waiting time to get a shot. I was then told they were "backed up" and nurse had gone to lunch. I have no problem with people taking lunch break. I do have a problem with NOT being told ahead of time of the wait time.
