I originally was seeing Arizona state urology after having a kidney stone removal surgery. Right before my appt (to go over labs), they no longer took my insurance so I had to find another urologist that takes my insurance. This was one of 3 places. This had a somewhat decent rating in comparison to the others. I got in the next day which I thought was kinda odd, meaning why aren't that busy. Went to this facility on a Wednesday and had a consultation with Dr. Kashif Alvi. The same week on that Friday, I had the non-invasive surgery at their Scottsdale location, I was even an hour last, and they still took me without rescheduling. Thanks so much for helping me out with this moment in my life. Worth it!
I've got a procedure done by a doctor at this office. The whole experience made me question the practice. There was no confirmation lab work prior to the surgery. The doctor just disappeared after the surgery without informing me how my procedure had gone. He later was unable to tell me if the procedure was effective from the X-ray after making me drive 40 minute to the appointment (I saw me for 30s). Quick to the point. Did not have to wait to be seen very long.
I am extremely pleased with the cystocele and rectocele I had performed by Dr Alvi. I am waking up less at night to urinate and less frequent during the day as well. Fabulous staff at the office and at the hospital. Made a difficult situation very easy for me. I am very happy.
