I would also like to thank the nurse practitioner Julie for making my BCG treatment experience this week a pleasant one, well done! Also to the assistant who performed my BCG treatment last week. I'm sorry I forgot your name but well done! And thanks as well to Dr Capoccia for his professional expertise and compassionate caregiving.

Dr Capoccia is great he deserves 5 stars but the fact that you can NEVER get an answer when you call even after a procedure is unprofessional. I’ve had a couple serious complications after my procedure and end up in the ER a few times because I cannot get anyone on the phone. It don’t matter what option you choose nobody answer the phone. Nor can they get me linked with the FMH app either. One of the worst experiences ever. I had a medical procedure and the lack of response and attention to patient medical care after the procedure is the worst. They staff and doctors don’t respond, answer and the staff has attitudes. No after care procedures or medication issue. Had some complications and trying to get some help and answers was none existent. I would recommend looking for somewhere else. Sure we’re quick to bill my insurance though. Updated review.
