Was on the phone for a total of an hour and 23 minutes just trying to make an appointment. I found a another urologist on my insurance and made an appointment with them in the last 20 minutes I was on hold. And it wasn't an issue with the phones- after 45 minutes I had someone pick up the phone and say "hello, Eileen?" and I said no, this is Alix. She told me to hold again and no one ever spoke to me after. Might be an excellent doctor, but I wasn't given the chance to see.
