I went to Dr Dyer for chronic UTIs. First of all I was repeatedly asked if I had fallen recently by his staff members. I’m aware that I was much younger than the patients sitting in the waiting room, but really? I’m 45 for reference. After a CT Scan and an Ultrasound I was relieved to hear he didn’t see anything serious. But I got zero answers to my problem and a ton of medical bills in the mail. Dr Dyer was fantastic. He was very personable, listened thoroughly, responded proactively, and inspired my confidence. And asked more than once if I had any questions. I appreciated that greatly. We now have a game plan and I feel good moving forward. Also, the office staff was both friendly and professional. Extremely satisfied with the experience.
