The whole staff is incredible and compassionate. The ladies at the front desk are awesome. I was in a lot of discomfort and they got me right in. To be honest I was very nervous to say the least about getting a catheter the first time. When I went to see the Dr she recommended a catheter that day because my bladder was way past the average maximum. She said I could try one more medication and come back if it didn't work. Today is my first time to go to this practice was bit worry due to some negative review about the staff, I was so happy that all staff are very good, polite with smiling face & comfort me don't be nervous.Dr. Dyer is nice to talk with & won't scare me and arrange a very good procedure。 Lukcy, I found this practice.

The folks here are some of the best. I contacted Dr. Dyers office to get a procedure done and was told that he didn’t want to come in and undo what another doctor had done. I explained to them my particular situation and an exception was made. My first scheduled visit was to be the last of the day but due to work I only arrived moments before they locked the doors and they still let me in to do the intake paperwork and be seen by Dr. Dyer. I called for an appointment based upon a referral after being discharged from the ER with a urinary catheter (over the weekend). I called promptly at 8am Monday morning and explained my situation, to which they replied that they would call me back to schedule once the "put me in the system". I figured after 3.5 hours they would at least give me an estimate on when I could see a provider, so after not hearing from them I called. Takes a couple of days to get an appointment here but the staff are quite friendly I got there on time so the doctor on time and was out of there within 15 minutes they do everything in this place I mean they'll inspect you detect you but they don't neglect you. I got prompt accurate answers from a fantastic caregiver she was friendly and wonderful and I can't remember her name.
