I called for an appointment based upon a referral after being discharged from the ER with a urinary catheter (over the weekend). I called promptly at 8am Monday morning and explained my situation, to which they replied that they would call me back to schedule once the "put me in the system". I figured after 3.5 hours they would at least give me an estimate on when I could see a provider, so after not hearing from them I called. Takes a couple of days to get an appointment here but the staff are quite friendly I got there on time so the doctor on time and was out of there within 15 minutes they do everything in this place I mean they'll inspect you detect you but they don't neglect you. I got prompt accurate answers from a fantastic caregiver she was friendly and wonderful and I can't remember her name. I thought it might be awkward for a man to go in and see a female and a urologist place but it was quite comfortable quite pleasant and it wasn't aw... read more
My mother saw doctor Dyer's physician assistant named Shaw today. She was absolutely amazing and made us feel right at home and actually asked if we had any questions. We appreciate her so much. This office is awesome. Would recommend to anyone
This review is NOT about the provider. I called today 1/26/2026 at 9:18am - Call went to operator. In order to establish care as a new patient my call was sent to the front desk, answered by a recording that states Katherine is not available, leave a message. At the end of the recording the call disconnects. Called back again at 9:20am, another operator took the call, he again was going to transfer my call, explained to him that the call disconnects.
