Dr Dyer made me feel comfortable with questions and used the latest methods. Didn't have to wait long at appointments. Follow up has been good and I would recommend them.
Dr Dyer has been very professional in the several years I have been seeing him at this office.
HORRIBLE PRACTICE. I made several calls to be a new patient and the phone would ring and ring and ring (not during their lunch). Twenty minutes later when answered, the receptionist immediately went to hold without a word. Not a "can you hold" or "please hold". This occurred several times! Obviously this is grossly unprofessional and if this is how the office works, I have to seriously question the quality of care!
