I love this place so much
tdlr; Uroko is outright hostile to service dogs and their handlers. I stepped inside briefly to check on my takeout order with my service dog. A staff member said “NO DOGS” in a hostile tone, with no questions. When I said that he’s a service dog and I was only there for pickup, she pursed her lips and her coworker mouthed "don't say anything." There was no acknowledgment and no apology. So, I stepped outside to wait, and my dog stayed calm and well-behaved the entire time, as he had inside for the 30 seconds I was there.... read more
