On January 3, 2025, I scheduled an appointment online through the Urogynecology Center of Huntsville, P.C. via PracticeSuite system for January 5 at 9:30 a.m. The website clearly allows patients to request appointments online and even enter insurance information, which gave every indication that the appointment request process was legitimate and active. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, the front desk staff asked for my name and date of birth, which I provided. I was then told that there was no appointment on file... read more
Dr Kubik is wonderful! I had a very complicated surgery and she explained in detail everything she planned on doing and why. The office staff have been very helpful on getting paperwork together so that I can be reimbursed by a healthcare ministry.(I am self pay)
