I Found excellent reviews for this Dr and staff about 3 or 4 months ago: every word was absolutely true. From greetings on arrival to end with the Doctors: All staff, courteous, respectful, polite, knowledgeable. A big one respectful and TRUTHFUL to every word they say. It's so obvious that they are concerned about their patients. Listening to every word. Finding solutions to alleviate their worries. Good customer service very hard to find. Upon returning to Florida I was Assigned to Dr. Gheewala as my Primary Care Physician through my Health Insurance Provider due to the Proximity of The Office being so Convenient for me. I Hoped for The Best and I Feel that I was Indeed Referred to The Best Office for me. Dr. G is the best doctor I have ever had. Several times rather than have me come to the office he has made a personal phone call to update me on a condition. I can say for sure that he has the interest of his patient foremost in his mind at all times.
I find the staff and doctor G, very nice..But, doctor G, took me off a mild pain medication, after having 4 replacement on my body and numerous surgeries after falling 25 feet..I ask to see main management and get a second opinion on my hand, so I needed referals...he didn't provide my request, and was more into savings g money then my health.. I complained to the staff, the insurance company and switched doctors.. Thank you
