The staff and facility are great. HOWEVER, the doctor did Less than my GP did. I was not an individual, I was.,“A woman your age.” Essentially he just increased the hormones I was already taking. He did not offer any hormone level tests nor did he give any type of physical examine, to follow up one one of my symptoms. His head nurse did call me back, but the reasons she gave for him not doing these things were concerning. (If there’s no discharge there is no need for any physical observation.)
