We made the terrible decision to hire Urias Custom Remodeling to complete the master bath in our home addition, lay luxury vinyl planks and install a kitchen backsplash. Tito Urias refused to fix what was visibly a botched tile job on the shower floor without charging us a ton of money. I was gaslit and felt intimidated by Tito Urias. Over time, I found Tito Urias to be unprofessional and dishonest. Which was a shame as his crew did very nice work. Also, be sure to get several estimates for work to be performed. Tito gave me an estimate for painting the exterior of my house that was 3 times the amount of my other bids.
Please see the post below written by Amanda. We had the exact same experience. The grout lines in the shower varied from 1/8 to 1/4 inch because he did not use spacers. Plus he redid our cabinets and upon redoing the entire bathroom a few years later, we found several drywall pieces missing where he attached new cabinets to the wall without patching the drywall. He left 2 electrical outlets exposed behind the cabinet and left a bunch of parts and pieces laying where the old medicine cabinet was. Very sloppy work.
Urias Remodeling did a large project for me several years ago and has done many smaller ones since. I found Tito very honest, hardworking, very clean with his job sites, and top end quality as to his work. His crew are also very polite and work quickly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
I moved to Tucson 7 years ago and acquired Tito's, Urias Custom Remolding information from a neighbor. I had several projects done by Tito including two bathrooms, installing light fixtures and he painted my house just to name a few.
