The Urgent Care team quickly and compassionately treated my cat for an open wound. The vet and especially the techs provided warm care and good info to help us going forward. Bonus: A bandage with orcas!
On our saddest very hot Sunday- our precious dog collapsed on the street. In urgency and despair we phoned for help. And help mixed with kindness and gentleness we certainly received! My senior pet needed end-of-life services yesterday so I called this urgent care. they were not only thoroughly responsive, but they were extremely kind with this delicate situation. My partner and I felt supported and free of judgement from the staff through the entire transition. They made my options clear and gave me time to think everything through. Nothing felt rushed. I was overwhelmed and dismayed to bring my darling male cat, Snow to the UVC Carytown by calling the office for a walk in. They were friendly professionals to take care of him. That was outstanding. Thank you so much.
They were kind, caring and attentive to not only my dog, but my daughter and myself who did not plan on spending our evening at the vet. My dog is doing great after receiving care from them last night. Highly recommend.
