We had to put our cat to sleep suddenly and everyone was so compassionate and understanding and made the process easier.
After having some of the worst vet visits of my life, I decided to try Urgent Vet in Cary Town and it was amazing. Vets are a stressful place and the employees here were nothing short of exceptional. They were incredibly nice to not only me, but also my kitten. There were free refreshments in the lobby and when we walked in they took us to a room right away. Had a great experience with this vet a couple years ago. Went today and after 2 hours of waiting in a freezing cold waiting room (and having vitals taken), said I wouldn’t be seen because the vet was leaving. I just left at 4:15PM and they close at 8. No signs. No indications. Nothing but a waste of time. At least they gave me a $20 coupon to use at another location so I can sit around with my sick dog for another 3 hours.
