I took my cat in to this location for what turned out to be a UTI, and it was a really good experience. The tech. I think, Jamie?, was super sweet with my cat and helped her feel more comfortable in the unfamiliar environment. The cost was straightforward and overall reasonable, and they didn’t push me to spend more. I’ll definitely go back if necessary.
Hands down the best veterinary experience I have had in the four years of owning my dogs. This place is so accommodating, respectful and kind to owners and pets alike. My little guy had an injury and Nikki was the most wonderful vet tech. She was so sweet with my nervous dog and he loved her even though he was not feeling well which made him a lil spicy. Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Valentine for helping Mars and his anxious mom feel so much better!
Got our boy Ziggy in on the day that we contacted them. Wonderful staff and he was feeling fine immediately.
We had a great experience with UrgentVet - Carytown. The care team at UrgentVet was wonderful! We brought our reactive dog in a few nights ago, and she was able to get into a quiet room quickly and decompress. The vet found the cause of her pain, which our regular vet had missed earlier in the day. We were able to get treatment and are already seeing improvement. Highly recommend!
Dr. Thompson, Bri and Natalie were wonderful to work with! They were kind, attentive, and made a stressful visit much easier. They really handled my cat with care and kept me informed throughout the process. I appreciated how supportive and professional everyone was, and I’m so thankful for the care they provided! ♥️
