All the staff are kind and caring. You’re seen as soon as you walk in. The low exam fee is good for 24 hours, so you can bring your pet back for free during that time period.
Urgent Vet is absolutely wonderful. They took such amazing care of my boy, and worked with him with such compassion. They even called to check up on him after I took him home, which really touched me. I would have just taken him back there today because they are so awesome, but he is terrified of car rides, so I took him to another vet closer to home. Urgent Vet even forwarded all of his records, making it that much smoother for me to have him seen again. I love you guys- thanks so much for all you did for my baby boy.
The staff is amazing. We were immediately taken back to a room, the doctor came in quickly, and he was taken back for tests as soon as the treatment plan was given. If you are in need of an urgent care vet, I highly recommend bringing your pet here.
My pup was having some urgent urinary issues on a Sunday. We were able to get right in and rule out extreme emergency with an xray. Paid Sunday prices (perfectly acceptable) but everyone was really sweet to my boy and I’d use them again. One caveat, I don’t believe they are equipped for actual emergencies such as a 24/7 clinic, but can definitely help with urgent matters (on a Sunday especially) Thank you!
