My dog was diagnosed incorrectly for strangles at this vet so be careful coming here. He is now at another vet ER for a ruptured infected abscess that had nothing to do with strangles and now has to have a massive hanging skin cut off and stitched back. The medicine that dr Hood prescribed him did help the pain, but that was the only good thing that came out of that visit.
I brought my then 9 week old kitten who has ringworm to this place last week after seeing an online vet who told me the kitten needed oral anti fungal medications but would have to be seen in person. I brought my kitten in as directed and was given wipes instead oral medications and charged me $170 dollars. This week the ringworm has spread and I called and they said the vet did not feel comfortable giving us the medications. I am not happy I took my cat there to be cremated. And they did not tell me that I was not getting the Ashes back. It very upset me the people were nice, but I just don't understand how I took my cat there and I don't get my cat back. They should explain to me
They are really about exactly what they say! And they don’t have a sliding scale but what they do is give you a price for one thing and a price for overall total and you kinda pick n choose what you want or need for your pet and I like that! Prices are affordable compared to many and I was paying out of pocket! Five PLUS STARS!! I will definitely return again if need be! They helped my fur-baby!
I just got a follow up call after being seen here and it made me feel so much better after hearing that they care about my dog. I would recommend this place To anyone that wants great care of their animal. I never leave reviews but this place deserves it. They took the best care of my dog and I would go back and time for anything that comes up
