I’ve got 2 cats and one is older. In the past 5 years we’ve had to take them to urgent vet 3 separate times. At times the wait can be long if they are busy, but usually they are quite timely at getting us in to be seen. The staff is always very kind and helpful and treats our animals with top notch care. I love UrgentVet, I have brought my dog here twice now and was happy with the care both times. The wait was short and you can check in online before you go.
UrgentVet was quick, affordable, and best of all they were extremely kind and caring! My puppy needed to induce vomiting after eating something she shouldn’t have, and they immediately got her into a room after we signed in. The entire process took less than an hour and they ensured my puppy stayed comfortable and happy the entire time!
They got my girl in right away. They kept me informed about her care and treatment, and I knew exactly what she needed to go home. They called and checked on us the next day. Awesome team!
It was a Sunday afternoon and I needed my car seen. I called them and they were able to get us in asap. They were friendly and knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on with my cat.
