We brought our four month old puppy, Ellie, in because she was stung in the mouth by a yellow jacket. She was seen promptly. The care she received was very professional and caring. I would recommend anyone with a pet emergency.
This was my second visit to this location. They were excellent when my dog had heat stroke in the summer so i trusted them to help me diagnose why my cat was lethargic and not eating. They listened to everything I had to say and worked with me to figure out what he needed and what he didn’t need. The blood work was pricey but no higher than anywhere else and I chose to add it in for my own peace of mind. The actual evaluation and treatment was very reasonably priced. Dr. Helmer and staff were absolutely amazing in caring for our dog and we can’t thank them enough! The staff were friendly, caring, prompt, and knowledgeable which really matters in times of crisis. Our family would recommend Dr. Helmer and staff at Urgent Vet in Ballantyne 10/10 !
I had to bring my dog Harper in for an urgent visit, and I cannot say enough great things about this team. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Harper can be a bit anxious at first in new environments, but she showed zero signs of stress with this group, which really speaks to how kind and patient they were with her. Upon check in with help from Rhonda we were greeted with a calm Beautiful smile and shown to a room for our cat Smokey . Next we were attended by Merrylin and Dr Kristin Serrano , who took such good care of our kitty . They listened and explained every step and tests they thought would be necessary to give us the answers needed to help our .
