The medical team at Urgent Care on Gold Hill road were wonderful…. They were caring and very calming with our dog who had an ear infection. They were able to diagnose it quickly and treat it either the correct medication. I highly recommend them in an emergency or if they are need on a weekend like us.
Seriously awesome place. We’ve had to bring our dog here twice due to my wife and I working 9-5 and our pup having an issue that couldn’t wait until the weekend. The staff is friendly and considerate. The place is clean and the prices aren’t outrageous for an emergency vet. Really great overall
Dr Bast was great. She was kind and listened to our feelings. She easier our painful decision.
We had a wonderful experience with urgent vet. We signed up for a slot online and arrived early and they were able to take us. The vet on call and the staff were all fantastic to deal with.
Well redo, found out no blood work done, basically a X-ray, and sent out the door. We thought there was better care than what was presented. Dog very ill, they did not send records over with X-rays had to wait on them to open to get them so I would not have to pay for again. Almost 600 for an xray. Very disappointed
