Very rude. The vet assistant and the vet herself. They act like they don’t like animals at all. I brought my dog in and when they came in she jumped on the vet, mind you she is a tiny thing and she pushed her off when she BARELY jumped on her leg. Pulled her over by her leash and was so rough with getting her on the scale. And the vet didn’t even tell me what was wrong, she told the assistant. Brought my dog in to get checked and the guy with dreads was absolutely rude and lazy. Then the dr was rude and wasn’t descriptive about anything. Also spoke bad about my dog. Won’t be back
I had a good experience with UrgentVet Fort Mill when our cat had urinary symptoms. We had two visits within a few days when his symptoms changed. The explanations of the plans and rationale were thorough and clear from Dr. Ellis and then from Dr. Bast at the second visit. April was amazing both times. We went through a sad times with our partner and friend for 14 years Sofi tho last Tuesday ! What we encounter here at this clinic were a doctor and nurses full of love and compassion during this times that walk us through the process with an incredible love and care. Cannot recommend them enough!
The staff went above and beyond for my dog Gus. I cannot express my gratitude towards them. This location is super convenient, clean, and quick. Highly recommend!
