Amazing vet and techs After I was turned away from somewhere else they helped me so much and were very affordable can’t recommend enough
They were very kind and compassionate helping us get through the extremely hard decision to let our dear Sophie go. They let us stay and hold her to the end. They explained everything that was happening and made a very hard ordeal much easier.
It was a horrible Sunday morning when we went to urgent Vet to try to make some sense out of our 14-year-old cat becoming acutely ill like within just a few days, but the staff were very good at explaining the concerns and Holly was especially wonderful, especially when we had come to the decision to euthanize our cat Beckham and she told me she would be holding onto him when he got his injection. She gave me a hug and off we left. It was an extremely hard day and she made it somewhat better.
We had the sad task of finding someone to euthanize our beloved cat on a weekend. Based on positive reviews, we chose UrgentVet in Fort Myers. Everyone was so helpful, caring and compassionate, from the person on the phone to the techs to the Dr. They made a horrible day less chaotic and confusing. Their euthanasia pricing includes cremation and related after care, which was one less thing we needed to worry about. Highly recommend this location, their team is amazing.
Urgent Vet took us right in (I did schedule an online time), and the vet was knowledgeable thorough, and she and the vet tech were very professional, friendly, and caring. The facility was clean and I would highly recommend this urgent vet to anyone who needs compassionate care for their pet -Ann-Marie L
