We visited UrgentVet for an unfortunate circumstance. We had to put our cat Liam to sleep due to old age and other health complications. We were greeted by the kindest staff that escorted us into a good size room that had a chair and couch so that the whole family could be there and a bed made up for your pet on the floor. Took great care of my sick baby kitty on a weekend when my vet was closed. I would highly recommend them their kind compassionate, detailed and thorough.
We had to take our dachshund to the Urgent Vet on Friday about 10:00 p.m. due to him having some type of back injury. Like most owners our dog is like our child and anytime he isn't feeling good it really affects us. We quickly decided to take him to the vet because we know these type of dogs have a history of back issues. It took a little while because they were dealing with two emergencies but I would expect no different if they were taking care of an emergency with my dog. They kept us informed every few minutes what was going on and how much longer it would be. They treated us quickly, compassionately with kindness and empathy. They took care of us quickly when the got to us. They explained things step by step and kept us informed the entire way. Highly recommended, great staff!
