Took this cutie to Urgent Vet on a Sunday afternoon following a day of diarrhea that had a little blood in it. He was acting a little tired, not eating or drinking. They were fantastic, friendly, efficient, and clean environment. They Gave me two Plans of care, one of a full workup That would’ve been Pricey, including labs and x-rays another one more conservative that got the job done With fluids, anti-medic anti-acid antibiotic, and anti-diarrheal meds. Our first visit to UrgentVet went well. As soon as we signed in, we were welcomed and taken to an exam room. Our dog’s history and vital signs were taken by Vivian, a tech. She then reported to Dr Morelli, DVM, who came in and assessed our pup. She was very thorough and clearly explained her thoughts and our options. We hadn’t yet established vet care from our recent move, so when our pup broke out in a nearly full body itchy rash, we didn’t know where to go outside of an emergency vet. I was shocked to find Urgent Vet. We don’t have urgent care vets where I come from. This was a great option for us and they provided the care we needed to get our pup feeling better again.
