My 2 year old dog had puncture wounds on both sides of her neck. I called and was encouraged to come right in. The staff took great care of my pup. Sedated her to shave and clean the wounds. Sent us home with antibiotics and pain meds. We think she was attacked by an owl or hawk given her injuries. Luckily she weighed enough to not get carried off. We came in for a follow up the next week and saw the same vet/tech. So thankful for this urgent care vet so close to our house!! Highly recommend!

We took our 2.5 yr old Goldendoodle to Urgent Vet after we saw him limping and really low on energy. We were instantly greeted by a Vet assistant who showed us into the room. She was super friendly with Krypto and he almost forgot he was in pain. The doctor checked him out next and was just as nice. The staff is fabulous and the facility is new and clean. UrgentVet did a wonderful job taking care of my pup. A lot cheaper than an emergency vet and they are open 24/7 every single day of the year, including holidays. Definitely recommend!

I’m so glad Urgent vet was open on New Year’s Day when my vet was closed. My sweet Mac is starting to feel better!

I really recommend Urgent Vet Alpharetta. I have taken my chocolate lab twice there and they always done an amazing job, very attentive and caring. Considering that my dog is very anxious to be at the vet they been patient and caring with him.
