We had a great experience there very one was really nice
Had a very pleasant experience, staff and vet were super helpful. Our dog was also very calm which she gets highly anxious on vet visits so that was also a good sign. We were the last to get seen as we had scheduled for the very end of the day but still treated with professionalism and care. I would feel very comfortable to return if needed.
No one should ever come to this place. We brought our cat here to get some antibiotics and not only did they take forever the tech walked out of the room saying "I can't handle this" and did not inform anyone else we were there. They then accused my wife of threatening to put someone's hair and then told her she wasn't allowed to be upset that they decided to walk out on her sick pet and not help it. I had to bring one of my dogs here last year. She sadly had to be put down but they took great care of her... Fast forward today I had to take my baby Clyde in for mouth laceration from a dog altercation. They saw him quickly and were very attentive and nice.
Our Giant Mastiff ~250lbs needed to be seen for a swollen ear/hematoma. Most people are afraid of him and don't want to deal with what it takes to examine a dog that size, let alone treat. (He is the biggest lap dog/attention seeker!) His nurses were so good with him, the Vet was amazing. Everything was explained perfectly. They let us take the time needed to get a weight on him.
