Called ahead frantic because I thought my cat got into some lilies. They were so nice over the phone, and I loved that they didn't ask me so many questions while I was trying to deal with the emergency. When I got there, she was already checked in (under "ate a lily" for her name lol). They immediately took her back and had her being treated while I was filling out the paperwork. Fast, effective, knowledgeable, and really do know how to talk to clients to help them calm down cause I know I was so worried.
They were very kind to me and my cat in our time of need
Clean and well organized. They got us in as scheduled. The tech was sweet and kind with our Molly. The veterinarian was very professional, explained everything and demonstrated knowledge and tenderness!
Great staff! Very helpful!! Came in on a Saturday with a sick kitty and they got us in quickly. Very grateful!!
