Everyone here was so very kind to my giant baby who is always terrified at the vet. They were transparent about pricing and not unreasonably priced for an emergency vet. We were able to get medicine for his ear infection while he was seen, and pain meds so he isn't miserable the next few days.
The staff was very caring towards my cat and me! They listened to my concerns about my cat’s sickness and addressed them. The prices for care were reasonable considering it was an urgent care.
Dr christina Erdman is one of the most caring compassionate and knowledgeable vets I've ever had for an urgent visit she did her absolute best to put us at ease in a tough situation and her va Andrea was so kind and especially calming and sweet and we will be forever grateful to them both❤️

We had to make the toughest decision we have ever had to make to put down our sweet, young boy. We had planned to do an at home euthanasia, but our boy declined quickly and we couldn’t bear to see him suffer any longer.
