I brought my 18 year old cat here cause she got sick and they were so kind. Gave me my options but also let me know she qualified for her end of life treatment. Letting her go was so hard but their set up was so thoughtful and made me very comfortable. I was crying my eyes out and couldn’t let her go and the doctor told me she’d take care of her and was so empathetic. I would recommend this place.
I needed help quickly at 10pm at night and urgentvet was prompt and helpful the got me right in and helped my pup. Andrea was our vet tech she went above and beyond in service and care.
I brought my very sick dog in, not knowing how sick she was. Dr. Jones and Matt tended to her immediately, ran tests and gave her meds to keep her comfortable. They communicated every step of the way, knowing that she was in critical condition. They took care of calling ahead to the specialty hospital, medicating her for me to transport her, and bundling her up for what unfortunately turned out to be her last car ride. Honestly such a great experience My pup got a gash near his eye I didn’t see and it ended up getting infected and swollen The initial options were very expensive considering it is a emergency vet and vets in general can cost a lot but I was able to give them my budget and they were able to work with it and still get my dog taken care of The vet and staff were so friendly and sweet and my boy got amazing care and pets Highly recommend
