I am so grateful we found this place! 4:15 pm on a Friday, I found my son's cat hiding in my closet in severe pain and distress. Our vet recommended an urgent vet in the cities, but they were full, so I found this place, made an appointment right online, packed up and headed out. We spent a total of 3 hours there, trying to figure out why he had such a high fever and pain. Why do pets seem to wait until the weekend to get sick or injured?! My cat Tyson had a nasty looking eye on Saturday morning that came out of nowhere. My regular vet was booked and so were a few other places but one vet I called recommended UrgentVet. After calling them around 10:30am we were able to secure a 1pm appointment. I’ve had to bring my dog here a couple of times. Staff is amazing and very helpful. I love having an urgent care nearby and not needing to use the emergency vet. Prices are within reason for an urgent care.
Urgent vet wow where do I even start? Yesterday was one of the hardest moments of my life. Making the hardest decision to send my dog over the rainbow bridge. You guys went above and beyond. We were greeted immediately and were able to tell the tech what was going on while simultaneously entering it into the triage system. We were brought to an exam room and the Veterinarian came in soon after. They completed the exam determined next steps and gave us the cost options. The staff was friendly and compassionate. If you need urgent care for your pet I would highly recommend UrgentVet.
