My 15 week old baby was horribly ill just at close of regular business hours. My vet suggested Urgent Vet. We were greeted by KS with a sense of urgency and genuine concern about Eli (mini Aussie). Given his lethargic appearance and tremors we were brought immediately to a private room. She reappeared in full gown scrubs due to possible parvo precautions. I came in with my 15 year old dog. Congestive heart failure. I am from out of town so I didn’t have my vet to go to. The Dr and staff were knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I decided to euthanize my old girl. They made me feel comfortable and gave me time to spend with my dog - as much as I needed. It was a sad experience but the staff was wonderful.
