15/10- tremendous service, amazing doctors, and lovely follow up. We took our cat here when he had a bad Herpes flare up, and the staff was truly amazing. They cared for him, fully evaluated him, and gave us better insight into his condition than our regular Vet did! Also, they even followed up with us the next day to check in on him! Can not recommend enough!!!
Our standard, Howard, was having difficulty breathing and several other urgent cares in our area could not see him. We called at 9:45 and said we could be there in 30 minutes. They told us to come on even though they close at 11. Tech and vet were both PHENOMENAL. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Would recommend 12/10 and will tell friends even if they have to drive 30 minutes to get there.
My cat had symptoms consistent with a UTI .. it was a holiday weekend and my vet was closed. Able to get an appointment in a very reasonable time frame. The staff was friendly and professional. Explained what might be contributing to symptoms. Very supportive.
I found a kitten on 6/5 of this year in the parking lot, who definitely was terrified, dirty, dehydrated, and covered in ticks. I opted to just walk over from Mr. Tokyo with her to Urgent Vet. Y’all. This place is amazing. We had to wait quite a while but honestly, she wasn’t in urgent need of care, and she just needed a nice, clean, quiet room after hiding up inside people’s cars. Isabel and Dr. Ertel were phenomenal. We had hardly any wait and they were so sweet with my dog, and so informative and caring. I wish they could be my primary vet!
