I took my cat into urgent vet. Mainly because they were the closest emergency vet to me. I was pleased that I was taken to a room immediately. The technician took extremely detailed notes of everything that was wrong with my cat. The doctor came in and did a full examination and explained very thoroughly to me her opinions and answered any questions that I had. They truly are looking for the best care for your pet.
I came here later in the evening and I was greeted right away. The vet tech Valentina and Dr. Grissom were extremely pleasant to work with and made our visit so comfortable. They talked me through everything and I never felt pressured into any decisions for my pet. I would 100% recommend this location in Cypress for any urgent pet care needs. I wish I could see them as my primary veterinary clinic. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
They took my dog in immediately as a heat stroke oatient. Lowered his body temp & stayed with us until his temp went down to a safe level. Very good results.

I have so many amazing things to say about Urgent Vet in Cypress. Me and my sister brought in my 11 year old yellow lab this evening after she starting showing some irregular behavior. From the jump, the techs working were so comforting and kind. I was kind of a mess, and the techs were incredibly warm and understanding throughout our entire experience.
