Excellent service in all aspects They were very helpful and took care of my dog immediately explained everything in detail before all procedures and were very thorough
Figured we would try this place when the time came and that time happened to be on a Saturday when our dog cut her front leg. Set the appointment online for 5:50 and when we were halfway there, they called and advised that they would not be able to see us, though they close at 8pm. They did offer their location in Katy, but that's 27 miles away plus toll fees on 99. Truth be told, I think we dodged a bullet. We were referred to urgent vet in cypress our primary vet was packed and could not get us in. Our Dog Arrow is a bit of a handful with strangers and he had a hurt right front paw that he would not let me evaluate other than it was bleeding and he would not walk on it. The clinic has excellent access, awesome care with Alyssa and Dr Grissom. We left with our dog well cared for, great team work. I came in after 8pm after my dog Arya had started breaking out in hives. They were quick to see her but also took the time to try and root cause what was causing her reaction as it was the 2nd one this month and she’s had no food/environment changes. While unfortunately I got a diagnosis I didn’t expect, I’m glad I let Dr. Phi do the testing she suggested to do.
