THEY RESPOND TO GOOD REVIEWS AS YOU SEE. I HAVE FILED A BBB complaint. The manager obviously can’t take accountability here. I took my dog over a year ago for skin allergies. They ended up doing multiple things after I said I wanted to discuss it briefly with my partner. I did not consent to the services and the vet tech comes back out and the service such as anal gland expression among others was done. I told the girl I never said I wanted that done. All of the employees made Barlee feel relaxed, I love how they treated him like a kid and even sang to him.

I had to make 2 trips to the office as my dog was sick. Everyone was very nice to me and my boy. The 2nd visit was my 1st time of having to euthanize a dog and they were so kind and compassionate with my boy and helped prepare me to let him go. Thank you so much for all of your kindness.
