We made an appointment the same day we were seen. It was quick and efficient scheduling our visit. The team was friendly. They respected my dog’s boundaries and gave excellent service. We were thankful to find an emergency vet to help us immediately.
Urgent Vet in Short Pump was so helpful. We have a 15 year old cat named Bagheera and he came down with a very severe upper respiratory infection. With him being a senior cat, we notice this was taking him down fast!!! They did bloodwork and gave him injectable medication that will stay in his system for 2 weeks! It’s been 5 days and I’m happy to report our boy is on the mend. I highly recommend urgent vet!!! If it wasn’t for them I believe my baby would have crossed the rainbow bridge.

My senior dog was in distress, and I drove to three different urgent care centers, only to find that they had closed at 7 PM. Thankfully, this urgent care center was open and promptly took my sweet dog from me. The doctor and staff were incredibly kind, respectful, gentle, and professional. They made sure I fully understood everything that was happening. They were incredibly patient with all my questions and helped me comprehend my dog’s condition and what to expect. I highly recommend this facility.
Had a wonderful first experience. I brought in one of my cats who had a fractured claw that had become infected, and I couldn’t get him in with my usual vet. Reserving a spot online with this location was super easy, and I was called back almost immediately after checking in. Every employee I spoke to was very polite and professional.
