Urgent Vet was amazing from the sweet vet tech to Dr. Ugorji. I called to let them know I was on my way and it was a speedy process- not to mention my dog loved them. Do not hesitate to take your pet here!

Very very highly recommend UrgentVet! They were a lifesaver when my dog had a lipoma burst. They were so nice, helpful and empathetic. They explained our options and made sure we understood each procedure. They took great care of my dog and kept me updated on her status. I love that they don't put any pressure on you or make you feel shamed like some emergency vets do. They seem to genuinely care and just want to help any way they can. Will definitely recommend to everyone.
We were seen by doctor Ukachi Ugorji for ear itching and it was a truly bad experience. Not even including literally waiting for 3 hours which I was trying to be patient as I understand it was an urgent care but at 3 hours point is just not acceptable as there’s nothing urgent about that. So the doctor started to talk about the treatment plan without even looking at my cat and he’s ears I should have walked away immediately!
