Yesterday our 6 month old kitten became lethargic out of no where and threw up a couple times. Panicked, I packed her up and went to straight to Urgent Vet because it was a holiday weekend and I knew our regular vet wouldn’t be open. I took my dog here after blood was coming out of both ends. I love that we were able to get checked in online and then we were put into a room immediately. The staff were kind and helpful. They explained everything in layman terms and never made me feel pressured to get any services that weren’t explicitly required. They also checked in after to make sure my dog was doing well and responding to the treatment plan, which I have never experienced at any other emergency/urgent pet care. Easy to make appointment. Very caring staff. Staff was gentle and patient with my pet.
My sweet girl was injured a couple of days ago. It was after hours and I was able to get her into the urgent care quickly. The staff here are amazing! They are kind, caring and professional. The facility is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend UrgentVet in Roswell!
