Our Yorkie, Chloe passed away and they were so warm and comforting. Since it was a Sunday we were not sure where we could go. Our vet in Old Town has a message on their voicemail so that’s why we called there. They arranged for her cremation and let us take the time with her we needed before we left. They were very professional and compassionate. I would recommend their services.
Wonderful staff! Dr. Reed and Geena took such amazing care of my Frenchie. Any time you come across a doctor who gets down on the floor with your dog, you know you’re in the best hands. You can truly see the strong leadership from the hospital manager reflected throughout the entire team. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. We are so grateful for the experience!
Vet techs are nice and patient and Dr. Reed made extra effort to take care of my dog. You can tell Dr. Reed is truly care about dogs/cats. They also called to check on my dog the next day. Highly recommend!
Would put 0 stars if I could. I went here last week and have been hesitant on posting a review but after my cats health has been declining, I have to. I went in for my cat having a possible upper respiratory infection. It’s been ongoing for years with him so I know what he sounds like when it starts to happen. I waited to be seen by a doctor for 2 and a half hours, which makes no sense because there was ONE other cat in the whole place.
