Horrible. They should not be allowed to see people. My doctor was on vacation. Sent me to get an X-ray. Told me to go to the emergency room. I’m a senior and also told me I couldn’t use the bathroom because if I fell they’d be libel. I said what would you have me do. They told me to call a friend, have them take me to the hospital emergency room and I can relieve myself there. Not a joke! I called a friend who’s a nurse. My daughter had an allergic reaction to something so we popped over there to make sure everything was okay. The Rx was not available at my pharmacy, but the receptionist was able to make a few calls and figured out no one near me had it. The physician had to change the medication and it was called to my original pharmacy. She went above and beyond to help me obtain the correct medication in a timely manner.
Called ahead and they were very helpful and friendly on the phone. We were greeted right away. Paperwork was handled quickly since we were there for a HS sports physical and we arrived with our portion completed. The nurse just asked my son his weight and height rather than have him get on scale which was right in the room. The PA was quick, friendly and efficient. For 5:00 on a Friday I was happy to have it completed.
Dr Hugh Mc....was awesome...he is an older Dr and knows his stuff ...It was so good to finally get a Dr who listens and cares for his patients. I shed a tear because I felt safe with him it was like talking to my granddad...It's rare and it's been a very long time since I came across a Dr with great bedside manners. Took my 93 year old mother to the clinic to have the wax cleaned out of her ears- advised by audiologist who cleaned her hearing aids that morning. Everyone was welcoming; the place is very clean and the assistant who took care of Mom was great. Warm , friendly and did a great job! Highly recommend
