The worst experience I have ever had. The staff is horrendous! I waited longer than I actually spent time in the doctor’s room. I told the first guy i think i have the flu and he looked at me like he has never heard of that before then he proceeds to take all my vitals and not tell me the results of anything. I wish I knew his name but he was a young adult, terrible customer service! Called ahead and they were very helpful and friendly on the phone. We were greeted right away. Paperwork was handled quickly since we were there for a HS sports physical and we arrived with our portion completed. The nurse just asked my son his weight and height rather than have him get on scale which was right in the room. The PA was quick, friendly and efficient. For 5:00 on a Friday I was happy to have it completed.
Urgent Med is now my urgent care of choice. Everyone from the front window person, to the nurse, to Dr. Guillermo were absolutely professional and affable. I was quickly taken back, having my vitals taken, off to xray, and finally sutures. My check out process with quick and easy. On a scale of 1-10, they are an 11.
Receptionist, doctor and other staff members were really nice, friendly, reassuring, I went in panicked and crying as visitors (especially first time traveling without my family) I was super worried about being in a different country all alone but they made my daughter and I feel so comfortable and at ease all praises be to god thank u guys! Amazing group at UrgentMed! I will be using them again! They were great and made everything very easy! I was out in less than 30 minutes. I didn’t feel rushed and was heard. Loved the doctor!
