The entire staff made the check in thru exam phase simple. PA-C Guillermo provided detailed evaluation of my respiratory complaint. His assessment and prescriptions submitted provided me with dramatic relief of severe respiratory distress within six hours time. This allowed for one of the best night’s sleep for 1st day in a week.
Took my 93 year old mother to the clinic to have the wax cleaned out of her ears- advised by audiologist who cleaned her hearing aids that morning. Everyone was welcoming; the place is very clean and the assistant who took care of Mom was great. Warm , friendly and did a great job! Highly recommend
I made an appointment on-line for a foot cyst. I arrived late due to rain and I was still seen within 10 mins. The entire team was very professional, caring and the Physician had a great bedside manner. I was done within 15 minutes with prescription in hand. I would definitely use this facility again.
Excellent care by Dr. TJ. Very thorough and caring doctor and staff as well. The clinic could use some attention. One entry door is broken and has been for a a long time. Damaged flooring in the lobby. The vinyl floor tiles are rust stained, walls need painting. If it's a lease situation, the landlord should make repairs. Again, the medical care is excellent. My feeling is that a medical facility should look super clean and sanitary.
Horrible. They should not be allowed to see people. My doctor was on vacation. Sent me to get an X-ray. Told me to go to the emergency room. I’m a senior and also told me I couldn’t use the bathroom because if I fell they’d be libel. I said what would you have me do. They told me to call a friend, have them take me to the hospital emergency room and I can relieve myself there. Not a joke! I called a friend who’s a nurse.
