Dr Hugh Mc....was awesome...he is an older Dr and knows his stuff ...It was so good to finally get a Dr who listens and cares for his patients. I shed a tear because I felt safe with him it was like talking to my granddad...It's rare and it's been a very long time since I came across a Dr with great bedside manners. Took my 93 year old mother to the clinic to have the wax cleaned out of her ears- advised by audiologist who cleaned her hearing aids that morning. Everyone was welcoming; the place is very clean and the assistant who took care of Mom was great. Warm , friendly and did a great job! Highly recommend
A very poor experience. The desk staff was very distracted, even though I was the only patient at the time. The nurse hadn't even been notified that I was in the examination room after 30 minutes. I had to go out and find someone. I left told that the Rx had been sent in, no paperwork or any other notification of my diagnosis. When I got to the pharmacy, they had yet to receive it. Very proficient location. This was my 2nd visit and both times have been excellent. Fast. Efficient. Front desk is skilled, polite and professional. The doctor was great- good personality.
I made an appointment on-line for a foot cyst. I arrived late due to rain and I was still seen within 10 mins. The entire team was very professional, caring and the Physician had a great bedside manner. I was done within 15 minutes with prescription in hand. I would definitely use this facility again.
