The attention was quick ! It was my first time and I was very pleased with the visit, specially with the doctor lady that saw me ! She was very nice and kind and understanding of my situation. Took her time and treated me eith a lot of familiarity which made me feel very confortable during my visit 🙏🏽
Easy to schedule last minute appointment on a Sunday afternoon. Got seen relatively quickly, and the nurse and doctor on duty (Dr. Donald) were professional and efficient in terms of providing the care needed, along with clear instructions for home care, a prescription sent to my pharmacy within minutes, and a referral to a specialist for further treatment. They also scheduled follow up care to check on progress in the interim.
I would like to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at this facility involving a medical assistant whom I believe was an older Hispanic woman. Although I do not recall her name, I hope this feedback helps improve patient care and service standards. I had a very good experience at this urgent care. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. I hardly had to wait before being seen, which I truly appreciated. The doctor took the time to clearly explain the treatment plan and patiently answered all of my questions. Overall, the visit was efficient, professional, and caring. Highly recommend.
