The worst experience I have ever had. The staff is horrendous! I waited longer than I actually spent time in the doctor’s room. I told the first guy i think i have the flu and he looked at me like he has never heard of that before then he proceeds to take all my vitals and not tell me the results of anything. I wish I knew his name but he was a young adult, terrible customer service! Called ahead and they were very helpful and friendly on the phone. We were greeted right away. Paperwork was handled quickly since we were there for a HS sports physical and we arrived with our portion completed. The nurse just asked my son his weight and height rather than have him get on scale which was right in the room. The PA was quick, friendly and efficient. For 5:00 on a Friday I was happy to have it completed.
Service is top-notch almost wished I had this doctor as my primary care after TJ is really cool. Addressing my concerns and took care of them. You could do a lot worse picking this man for your doctor. It takes Humana HMO so please keep them in mind. Staff is a number one.
Receptionist, doctor and other staff members were really nice, friendly, reassuring, I went in panicked and crying as visitors (especially first time traveling without my family) I was super worried about being in a different country all alone but they made my daughter and I feel so comfortable and at ease all praises be to god thank u guys! Woke up Sunday morning with pain in my back, left side. Couple of days with pain. Heating pad wasn’t enough. Co-pay really high. Called my insurance company to request Urgent Care in my zip code. Open 7 days a week. Perfect! Completed everything online from home and booked appointment (Didn’t even know that was a thing!). Receptionist, Nurse and Doctor…Awesome! Attentive, Caring and Professional. I’m so glad I found THIS location. I would and will definitely recommend UrgentMed Plantation-10 out 10!!!
