If i could give ZERO STARS i would. This was my second time going to the urgent care and most certainly my LAST I went in to this urgent care around 6:06pm. They weren’t busy at all. I checked in and waited for a while. The whole time the two girls at the front were just on their cellphones. Around 6:40pm they told me they can’t see me because i have BCBS and at the moment BCBS is having issues with their eligibility. All the staff at this Pico Rivera facility are all very nice and if it is not busy they get you in right away, we have come two times and each visit was a good experience.
I usually just do urgent care if its really serious, lately been getting sick more often, each time I've come in, has been the best experience and feel better knowing what’s wrong and getting the right steps to get better. Love this place
