BAD ,DONT GO!!!!!!!!!! over priced medical care & rude doctors – I went to the John Young location in Kissimmee. I just to Orlando 3 months ago & have no insurance so this was my only choice. The waiting time wasn't too long (20 minutes). The nurse was friendly but the doctor was extremely unpleasant . VERY RUDE, did not introduce himself and acted like he hates his job. thought this was the best ive had thanks for great service.they were so nice we were really so pleased how they served of all. were going to come back for sure. were telling all of are freinds here i think once peple go and see how great the food is there goiny to come back with no problems.
nothing short of genuine hospitality – Although I walked into a crowded room of sick patients, I would guess maybe eight or nine of them, I was pleasantly surprised with the wait time, which was honestly about half an hour. Now I had come with my two year old daughter who at the time had a pretty nasty cough. Very impressed – I was very happy with the medical staff at this clinic. I was visiting from out of town and my son was sick. I didnt want to take him to a hospital and wait. Its frustrating when you have a sick baby, but I was reassured by the doctor and felt relieved. I went to this clinic and I was seen in 22 minutes. Better than most – I arrived at this clinic 20 minutes after the normal business hours but the staff and physician on call were more than happy to help. The wait was not nearly as long as other facilities I have been to. Moreover, the staff was friendly and polite in providing medical services. They directed me to the facility and even scheduled me for an appointment with a specialist. I found the prices to be more than fair compared to the emergency room and other urgent care facilities. Terrible dr, high price clinic – I give ths place a 1. They charge an arm and a leg for basic things, try and push unnecessary services so they can charge you more, and are generally rude. Its obviously all about the $$$$ and not at all about the patient.
