The staff here is nice, but their unorganized billing department has not stopped trying to collect a co-pay from me for an appointment that was canceled by the doctor when I came in.
A real disappointment. Yes, I was able to get an appointment quickly, but it didn't do me any good, and I'm still waiting to see a doctor who can help. First off, an assistant led me into a room and asked for my history. I was most of the way through that, and in the middle of discussing how much pain I was in, when a woman abruptly entered, said with a smile "I'm your PA, that was a total waste of your time and you'll just need to repeat all of that again" with no apology. Horrible Service and staff Asked if they cared about my pain or the money and they said well, we are running a business.
I went in and wasn’t very helpful and then said would email stretching exercises and then never did. I called about it and they claimed they would.
the PA I saw was great, but they're a bit disorganized: - I was injured/limping so they sent me to get an MRI right away. - After that I scheduled a virtual followup, - When the appt came, nobody showed for 30 min - Then they told me the dr was actually out of town and wouldn't be back for another 2 weeks - But when I talked to a different scheduler, she realized this was a mistake and squeezed me in for an appt next week instead
