So far, my experience with Dr. Dickinson is good. This review is for the person who returned my call, Kylie. She was extremely impatient, rude, and condescending. I did not appreciate the way she talked to me like a 5 year old, scolding me for being proactive in my care. She should not be in customer service at all. First of all, she was giving me wrong info and saying that I have PT referral for my left knee. I have an injured shoulder not knee. The staff here is nice, but their unorganized billing department has not stopped trying to collect a co-pay from me for an appointment that was canceled by the doctor when I came in.
A real disappointment. Yes, I was able to get an appointment quickly, but it didn't do me any good, and I'm still waiting to see a doctor who can help. First off, an assistant led me into a room and asked for my history. I was most of the way through that, and in the middle of discussing how much pain I was in, when a woman abruptly entered, said with a smile "I'm your PA, that was a total waste of your time and you'll just need to repeat all of that again" with no apology.
