I came to Pacific Crest Orthopedics based on a referral from a friend. But 2.5 months post injury and still in pain I sought a second opinion and was shocked to learn the x-ray machine and MRI machine being used by this practice are so out of date they are basically unreadable. It was described to me as looking at an image on a 1950s black and white tv to a current HDTV today. My insurance most likely won’t cover a second xray or MRI. I feel mislead and taken advantage of.
