Dr Paul was just wonderful. I wish he was my Doc !! We came in with our Yorkie who hurt her leg while playing on Friday eve 9pm. They are thorough and kind.
The care and compassion we experienced at UCV was exceptional. All the staff was kind and considerate and communicative throughout the process. The night we arrived, they were busier than usual, but kept us in the loop about our wait time for a room. The compassion from Dr. Paul will never be forgotten. Took my baby here last weekend, first day of our vacation and she had blood in her urine. The staff got us right in, was super attentive and patient. They took time to explain what they were going to do, broke down the charges for us and was honest about how long it would take. My girl was super anxious but they were so good with her! We just finished her meds today and she is back to feeling 100%. Im very thankful for your knowledgeable staff
My dog was dying and they told me it was going to be a 2-hour wait. Don't take your dog to this place. They're overpriced and your dog could die while you're waiting. We left and went somewhere else
