Waste of time, no sense of urgency, didnt care about our pets wellbeing unless they had a payment process but they over priced everything. Wouldn't even try to give out animals any type of medication to help at all. So unless you're rich and you got the money to waste on basic needs or unexpected emergencies any other vets in town would do better for 1/4 of the price they charge. They're extremely overpriced and wont even try to help you if you dont have the over priced payment, they were asking 9000 to treat a snake bite so... read more
Called my babygirl was snake bit . Unable to get help. Had to take to Tallahassee. She passed away. No vet was in when I called. The girl answered the phone was nice and told me to she was sorry but no vet .
The best vet experience we have ever had. Check in was quick and easy. The entire staff was amazing! The Vet Tech (Morgan) explained everything they needed to do. The Vet (Paul) explained the x-rays and what we needed to do in easy to understand terms. The Vet Tech (Morgan) walked us thru the medications and and answered all our questions. We will be going to them from this point forward. We will recommend them to everyone!!
