Amazing in every area!!! Reception desk isn’t usually manned by the girl that stepped in (they took me in 15 minutes before they opened). Knowledgeable and precious kind attitude Nurse was very professional and efficient 🤒 Doctor Springer covered all the bases and had me feeling better and on my way home quickly!
Staff checking in patient were pleasant and professional. My nurse chat with me before seeing the doctor. She put my mind at ease. My fantastic doctor is a man of faith and handsome. I am grateful for each and every member which makes the whole team shine! Thank you so much
The office was very clean, and the staff were friendly and highly knowledgeable. Ms. Jackson, the provider, was phenomenal. The front desk staff—Kim and Alexis—were pleasant and efficient, and the back office team, Lucy and Maria, were great as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for a last-minute annual physical. Highly recommend!
These reviews absolutely confuse me! This is not even an urgent care. This is just a regular doctors office that opens up on the weekend and charges you extra because they Say they’re urgent care. Front desk, people rude as hell don’t even speak. Don’t ask any questions. Just shove some paper in your face and tell you you need to pay before anybody sees you.
