Garbage company. Paid my co-pay, and they did perform the service, despite me having to use my own medical supplies because they “forgot” some of theirs. Then 5 months later without notice or warning, charged my credit card another 185 dollars without consent, authorization, or notice. When it was brought to their attention this is illegal and I told them to refund my money and send an itemized bill, was told no. Medically it’s a great service, billing site is a scam. I am disabled, diabetic with cancer on Medicaid and Medicare. On weekends I developed a wound on my leg called urgent care explained provided with both insurance they pre approved and assured that both of my insurance will take care of the charge. After couple months I am getting a bill for $600.00 .
