The WORST service! I went for an ear infection in January, was given the wrong dose of antibiotics and ended up with a severe infection. Then, took my daughter there for a broken arm, they never sent the notes to the Orthopedic Dept so she is still waiting for help 1 day later... They don't have Doctors on staff, only nurses or PA's, not pleasant, not professional.
Great and lovely professional attention, fast, and had everything in the same clinic.
Thank you Hillary!!!! After my inability to call out of work this past week and being sick the entire time, I decided to stop in here on the weekend instead of the ER. I called ahead of time for insurance approval. I may have only had "something viral", but an earache was keeping me up at night. I walked in, checked in at 1 of 2 kiosks (hard to miss) and when finished, it informed me of a 15 minute wait. So far, pretty good. Awful place, absolutely appalling. The “receptionist” is a disgusting person. She was laughing at my symptoms, then told me they couldn’t see me and said if I pay them they would take me. Literally disgusting.
Great experience..Staff is so nice....they really care about the people...100% satisfaction....what a pleasant place to go, when u need Help...
