Had a great experience with NP Shellie Ray. She explained everything clearly, was calm and patient. The front desk staff and supporting staff in the back were all wonderful. In and out within an hour. Facility was very clean as well.
I have been to urgent care in oxford at Harrington twice this week. The Doctor Traci Mercier barely examined me. My vitals were taken… I had a temp of 99 ( not a fever but still signals as important) I had taken Tylenol for my headache prior so I may have had a higher temp it should have been considered. I was at urgent care the day before my first visit with my Father who caught communal pneumonia. I would think that would be considered and need to be ruled out. I wanted to urgent care today to be seen since I couldn’t breathe and was really scared since I am 14 weeks pregnant. I was sitting in the chair for almost about an hour while people were being called before me and the receptionist was great. The individual who took my oxygen level I don’t know who her name is, but she said oh you are fine. I looked at her and told her that if I was fine, then I wouldn’t be an urgent care and also she shouldn’t be gaslighting patients.
