I would have LIKED to have said this place was great but that all ended when the previous doctor there passed away. I stopped in because I usually just go tot he clinic for a Flovent inhaler. I usually get it no problem but for some reason the new PA was rather condescending, said they don't prescribe that out of their office, which is nonsense since they did several times so fine, maybe something changed since the year and a half but that's not how I was treated. *Updated, August 2025* I've been here a few times in the last year and have received great care. The team there are clear, thoughtful and helpful. My recent visits have been for cellulitis, and each time they've taken it very seriously and sent me to the ER once when it wasn't improving. I greatly appreciate having an urgent care option so close. Thank you!! My husband and I have gone here twice. Staff at the front desk and nurses have been great both times. Had a great experience with NP Shellie Ray. She explained everything clearly, was calm and patient. The front desk staff and supporting staff in the back were all wonderful. In and out within an hour. Facility was very clean as well.
I have been to urgent care in oxford at Harrington twice this week. The Doctor Traci Mercier barely examined me. My vitals were taken… I had a temp of 99 ( not a fever but still signals as important) I had taken Tylenol for my headache prior so I may have had a higher temp it should have been considered. I was at urgent care the day before my first visit with my Father who caught communal pneumonia. I would think that would be considered and need to be ruled out.
