My first time and everyone was exceptional. The intake process was quick! Very helpful. I'm so glad and greatful this place is here!!
I just want to thank the staff at this facility. I was worried coming into a new facility that my expectations may not be met. Alternative suggestions from my original care were suggested. I was skeptical, but took the advice as they are the experts. I’m feeling much better today, and although I was skeptical the medication wouldn’t work, it worked very well! I actually think their medical advice was better than the standard care I received elsewhere.
Super fast, very clean and friendly staff
Great service and treatment by Tracy and Julia. Felt comfortable and felt they cared. Awful treatment by Dawn who was the first nurse I had. She had an attitude from the beginning and got visibly angry when I answered my cell phone during the visit. I did not see the sign to not use the phone while in the room. After I asked why she was upset since she huffed and left the room when I answered the phone, she angrily explained why. Always great service otherwise but Dawn will not be a nurse I would ever see again.
