All the staff from checkin to exam room were amazing. I want to give a particular shout out to Ryan PA for being so incredibly friendly and helpful after I sliced my finger during a move! He explained everything and put me at ease, and we shared some laughs during the process. 10/10 experience. Additionally as an LGBT person, I'm always a little wary of going to places other than my PCP, but the staff were truly amazing and I would absolutely recommend them.
Absolutely appalled by our experience this weekend. My toddler was hysterically crying from severe ear pain. Although there was no wait and we were seen right away, the NP came in with a visibly judgmental attitude because he was crying. Out of nowhere, she asked, “Where’s his hair?” an irrelevant and insensitive comment, as my son has alopecia. While examining him, she repeatedly told him to “STOP crying” so she could listen to him breathe, and then asked if he is “usually more pleasant.” He was clearly in distress and not ... read more
Ended up here on a Sunday afternoon after lacerating a couple fingers fairly deep. One required 5 stitches near the knuckle while the other was patched with glue. Receptionist was great and the nurse was very efficient. The Physician’s Assistant was Ryan Imelio. He did a fantastic job with everything! Very personable and explained each step before he proceeded. The waiting room was full when we arrived and the posted wait time was 2 hours.
