When I visited Urgent tooth the first time, I was treated like royalty, by the whole staff. I was there to have several teeth extracted in preparation to fit me with dentures. I told Dr McKinley that I needed a down to the penny estimate because I was drawing this money from my 401K, he quoted me $6900 for the extractions and dentures.So to make a long story short, I have plastic dentures, that have had 2 or 3 soft relines. Is it professional to advise of a specific time to arrive for work and then advise the consumer that you are too late? Is it insensitive to not apology when an appointment glitch occurs? Is it professionally appropriate for the dental assistant for completely flatten my mother’s denture so adhesive would not work? VERY DISAPPOINTED with A1 Dental... I came home yesterday 4/19/2021 after getting my soft reline done.......Followed the paperwork all the way, instead of waiting 24 hours I waited 27 1/2 hours, before I began to wipe off denture....Soft reline came off too!!! I called I was told I needed to see the doctor but the 1st available would be May 3rd.Same girl told me yesterday appointments don`t matter...So I paid $1477.00 to A1 Dental, To get dentures done, now I`m told Appts, don`t matter and I get a soft reline done on 4/19... read more
I went to A1 Dental based on the reviews, Well the 1st day I was disappointed, because the lady up front, didn`t inform that they took cash only,Well not everyone walks around with $1400..So i had to use their ATM machine, which costs extra,the Girls in the back was just GREAT! only 1 doctor,The problem is one of the ladies up front the tall one,Tells you one thing, then she changes the story when you get there...WHEN you Go here Plan to stay all day! An amazing experience with A-1 Dental every single time. They have outfitted our entire family in beautiful dentures. I cannot believe how wonderfully affordable they are, so many other places charge so much for dentures. These are beautiful and perfect, all without breaking our bank accounts!
RecommendedMy husband and I drove all the way from Bluefield West Virginia just off of these reviews and sure enough they was right on the money because my husband was seen the same day, all his top teeth removed and a plate put in that day. We had tried dentist around our area but for some reason they all seemed ‘scared’ to pull teeth? Or they couldn’t do it because of this, or because of that. But not this one!! Just a short review of A1 Dental Service and Dr Justin McKinlay. I had about dozen teeth pulled and had upper and lower dentures made. I just finished the whole process of new dentures, soft relines, and hard relines, and a couple adjustments made. I am very satisfied with the entire process and the professionalism shown by all the staff and Dr. McKinlay. I now have the most beautiful set of teeth that I am proud to show off with my smile.
