Kaylee Huffman NP at the Horn Lake, Ms location lacks the proper bedside manner. The essential need for communication and proper civility while dealing with sick individuals is something miss Huffman needs to learn. I question if miss Huffman is in the correct field after experiencing her so called professionalism first hand.
Literally waited all day for a scheduled appt through their portal and they are closed. For nothing !!
Do not waste your time. Go somewhere else!!! The most USELESS waste of space. This sure would be a good place for an urgent care facility. The entire staff is lazy, useless, and apathetic. THREE attempts over the span of 2 years to get decent care at this facility, and we are DONE!

I’ve never even been here but the fact that one of their employees had the nerve to jump THREE LANES OF TRAFFIC and pass cars on the SHOULDER of the freeway is more than enough to tell me that I never want to go there. Y’all stay far away from this truck. This guy is dangerous.

went to the clinic 12/10/2020 for Covid-19 test. They charged me $170.00 dollars even though i had insurance. they took my insurance information. My insurance paid. it is now 3 months later and i have not been refunded my money. i call was told will take 30 days then told 60 days then told 90 days. it only took them 1 day to cash my check. Has anyone else had this problem???. This sounds like fraud. contacting the better business bureau.

I went in today for an inner ear issue. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk for me to sign in. Finally, a lady came and ignored me. I asked if I could get signed in to which she told me I would just have to wait and she left again. If I could rate ZERO stars i most definitely would. I will never darken their door again!!

Scheduled an appointment on the website and app for 12:15 during my lunch break. Got there at 12:10 with only one person ahead. Stayed in my car until 12:45 and went in to cancel. Front desk lady didn’t apologize, just said she cancelled it and that was it. I thought if I booked it and they weren’t busy it wouldn’t take over 30 minutes to be seen. Ridiculous.
