I went in today for an inner ear issue. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk for me to sign in. Finally, a lady came and ignored me. I asked if I could get signed in to which she told me I would just have to wait and she left again. If I could rate ZERO stars i most definitely would. I will never darken their door again!!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I waited for four hours for a telemedicine appointment. I called twice to make sure they hadn’t forgotten me. They kept saying they wouldn’t forget about me but they were really busy. I understand being busy. But, FOUR HOURS and they never did show to the telemedicine appointment to see me. They didn’t call to check on me or anything. Just let me wait for four hours and never showed up
RecommendedIn and out. Not a long time in waiting room then right back. I would recommend this place when you are out of town and have no doctor.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place used to be awesome until Lee sold it to these jerks. Terrible wait times!
