Took my kids here and was told my daughter was fine. Next night I’m at Children’s Urgent care and she has a terrible ear infection. I asked the doctor, would this just present itself today? They said no, it would have been obvious a few days ago, especially given the symptoms. My 10 month old had to have her nose suctioned with a machine, medicine up her nose and put on an antibiotic. Not cool locking your door as I pulled in today. I did not know you changed your hours and closed at 2:00PM on Saturday and Sundays. I was at your door PRIOR to 2:00 so you should say your open til 1:45ish instead of 2:00. NOT NICE !!
