I came in because I had flu-like symptoms, and I was unable to be seen by my usual doctor. After the appointment, they prescribed cough syrup. Cough syrup.... really? My symptoms did not improve, so I went to my PCP. My PCP prescribed more appropriate medicine. They also called themselves calling me for a halfhearted wellness check. Absolutely terrible and uneducated. Was denied care because I have a seizure alert dog. When I tried educating staff on the laws she insisted it was "company policy" that I be denied access. Filed a formal complaint but felt I should share with other people thinking of going here.
