Very thankful for the staff at this location - everyone was kind and I was in and out. NP Acheampong and the nurse were extremely informative and understanding. The facility was clean as well.
Absolute WORST!! Front desk was zero help with check in. Wouldn’t answer any questions just said check in on kiosk. Waited almost an hour for our scheduled appointment for them to then say we can see you today after all.
I was disappointed in the level of care this facility offered. However, Yoshi was very helpful and caring and sympathetic for my pain even though the nurse practitioner did not see me and refuse to explain why. Yoshi went went above her duty to help me.
Horrible just horrible, NP STACEY MORGAN. I was told by my son Dr office to bring him in for an ongoing UTI that flared back up since his Urologist office was closed. I was at work ,im a healthcare professional , so my daughter took him in. He was denied service because of me not being there. The NP was rude and rolling her eyes and offered no sympathy. Stay far away from this place.
The most sweetest & honest people! The NP Sheryl Dixon was amazing along with the MA. Very fast & effective appt. Will be coming back for any urgent care needs :)
