I had an emergency situation yesterday and found this Urgent Care, I called ahead of time close to closing and explained the nature of my visit with my cat and the nurse who answered was very calm and compassionate and informed me of what my possible options were. Once I arrived she quickly took me in and assessed him and unfortunately it was too late to treat him. Excellent care, mid afternoon and luckily no waiting. Thoughtful vet who took time to explain what was going on. Clean and welcoming care center. Good urgent service isn't cheap though.
My hunting dogs tangled with their first porcupine on a Sunday. It was late afternoon before I could get back to town, and they took great care of them even though it was almost closing time when I finally arrived. I was grateful for their help and would certainly use them again.
I brought my dog here at my regular vet's recommendation. The vet tech, Aaron, was very professional and empathetic. The vet, Dr. Blair, was not. She repeatedly commented that my sick dog probably ingested THC. Even when the drug test proved he hadn't, she told me "I don't believe these tests when they are negative."
