Arrived with our dog at 5:15pm. Walked in the door and the tech said “well I don’t know what all we can do in 45 minutes. We close at 6!” So apparently their slogan should be, “bring us you sick animal, but please do it before 5 pm!” That lack of professionalism set the tone for the entire visit. For a business to specialize and market to pet owners for “urgent care” and then be upset when you show up during their posted business hours, seems self-defeating. They did a great job on a Saturday morning. The staff was quick to greet us even though they were working with another animal. They took great care of our dog. I really liked that they shared the costs up front about seeing a vet and then when their treatment plan was presented. We knew what it would be before we committed to it. I wish human healthcare was that transparent. Most importantly we walked away with a Frenchie that was feeling better and a plan to keep him there.

Andrew is great. Lucy had a heart condition that he diagnosed and treated. They are very kind and caring and I’d recommend them %. Plus their hours are perfect if you work because they are open late.

Not sure how you have a 4.9 unless I got your staff on a bad night or your staff posts on here. If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my dog in last night and no one was waiting. A woman and man came out. My dog was all over the place because she has anxiety issues and I told them that. Instead of trying to calm her down first, the dude puts her on the scale expecting her to cooperate. The woman just stares at me. I cannot speak highly enough of this business and their employees. The time came when our golden needed to be put to rest. It was the hardest day but the staff made it as comforting as such a thing could be. You can tell they truly care about your pets and I’ll never forget the empathy and kindness they showed. If you do ever need to take a pet in, and especially if you know you need to say goodbye to one, this is the place I’d recommend.
